Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern access to the Pepvian website and purchases made from Pepvian.

These Terms incorporate the Research Use Only & Purchaser Policy, Shipping & Backorder Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy where applicable.
Business Identity
These Terms apply to purchases from Pepvian through pepvian.com. References to “Pepvian,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Pepvian and the legal entity that owns and operates the Pepvian brand and website, together with its applicable affiliates.
Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the other policies incorporated into them. Additional affirmative acknowledgments may be required during checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
Research Use Only
Pepvian products are intended exclusively for legitimate laboratory and research purposes and are not for human or veterinary use or consumption. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, or products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. Purchasers must comply with the Research Use Only & Purchaser Policy and all applicable laws governing purchase, possession, storage, handling, transfer, and use.
Purchaser Eligibility and Representations
By accessing the site for purchasing purposes or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, are legally permitted to purchase the products ordered, and are acquiring them solely for legitimate research, laboratory, analytical, institutional, or other lawful research purposes consistent with product labeling and applicable law.
You further represent that you have the knowledge, training, equipment, facilities, controls, and other resources reasonably appropriate to receive, store, handle, and use the materials ordered in a research setting; that the purchaser and any applicable organization will comply with relevant laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and safety practices; and that the products will not be used, administered, transferred, marketed, or distributed for human or veterinary treatment, consumption, personal wellness, cosmetic, diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, performance-enhancement, aesthetic, compounding, or other prohibited consumer use.
Accounts, Purchaser Information, and Verification
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account, billing, shipping, purchaser-classification, organization, and other order information and for safeguarding account credentials.
Pepvian may, when reasonably necessary for purchaser qualification, fraud prevention, safety, legal, regulatory, payment-processing, or compliance review, request additional information before accepting or fulfilling an order. This may include information reasonably related to age, identity, business or organization details, laboratory or research affiliation, shipping destination, intended research context, or other purchaser-qualification information. Pepvian may suspend or terminate an account, refuse service, or cancel an order when information or communications reasonably indicate prohibited use, lack of qualification, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Order Submission, Review, and Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. A contract is formed only when Pepvian accepts the order, including by written or electronic confirmation or fulfillment. An order may be subject to inventory availability, purchaser qualification, fraud screening, payment authorization, legal or compliance review, address verification, and other reasonable business controls. Pepvian may accept, hold, limit, refuse, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when information is incomplete or inconsistent or when an order, communication, shipping destination, product combination, quantity, account history, intended use, or other circumstance raises a reasonable concern involving prohibited use, purchaser qualification, fraud, safety, legal or regulatory requirements, payment processing, or fulfillment.
Pricing, Availability, and Errors
Pepvian seeks to present accurate product, pricing, inventory, and documentation information. Errors may nevertheless occur. Pepvian may correct typographical, pricing, catalog, inventory, or other errors and may modify availability or cancel an affected order if necessary. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, any required refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law and the original payment method’s processing rules.
Product Descriptions and Documentation
Product descriptions, analytical information, certificates, purity information, identity information, quantity information, and similar materials apply only as stated. When information is represented as lot-specific, it applies only to the identified lot. Product documentation does not constitute medical advice, a human-use instruction, or approval for therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, or veterinary use.
Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. Payment authorization or capture does not guarantee order acceptance. Transactions may be subject to third-party payment-provider terms, fraud controls, or verification requirements.
Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy
If you believe a transaction is unauthorized, incorrect, defective, undelivered, or otherwise disputed, you agree to contact Pepvian in writing at hello@pepvian.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute and to allow Pepvian up to thirty (30) business days to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith, except where applicable law or card-network rules provide a shorter mandatory period or otherwise prohibit such a requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first providing Pepvian a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter may constitute a material breach of these Terms. Where permitted and enforceable, Pepvian reserves the right to suspend or terminate the customer account, refuse future transactions, pursue collection of amounts lawfully owed, recover reasonable collection costs and attorneys’ fees where legally recoverable, and seek liquidated damages of $2,500 when the parties’ circumstances and applicable law permit such an agreed measure of losses associated with an improper chargeback and when such amount is not deemed a penalty. Pepvian may also provide truthful information concerning the transaction or dispute to payment processors, financial institutions, collection providers, law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or other entities when reasonably necessary or legally permitted.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer right, statutory remedy, card-network right, or right to dispute a genuinely unauthorized transaction.
Taxes and Charges
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be disclosed through the ordering process when required. Customers are responsible for charges lawfully associated with their order unless otherwise stated by Pepvian.
Shipping, Backorder & Save, and Delays
Shipping, tracking, Backorder & Save incoming inventory, shipment delays, split shipments, unshipped cancellations, and related fulfillment matters are governed by Pepvian’s Shipping & Backorder Policy. Shipping representations will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including required delay notices and cancellation or refund options where applicable.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, damaged or incorrect shipments, and refunds are governed by Pepvian’s Refund and Returns Policy. Qualifying concerns involving purity, identity, labeled quantity, heavy-metal limits, fentanyl screening, sterility, and endotoxin levels are governed by Pepvian’s Product Quality Guarantee. Because research materials cannot be reliably restocked once they leave Pepvian’s controlled custody, sales of research materials are final after shipment except for damaged, incorrect, missing, or verified nonconforming products, or where otherwise required by law.
No Medical or Human-Use Advice
Pepvian does not provide dosage, administration, injection, reconstitution, treatment, prescribing, cycling, stacking, or other human-use guidance. Website content, support communications, educational resources, and product documentation are not medical advice. Requests for human-use guidance may be treated as evidence that a purchaser is not qualified or intends a prohibited use and may result in refusal of service or account termination.
Laboratory and Safety Responsibility
Purchasers are solely responsible for appropriate laboratory controls, training, storage, handling, labeling, recordkeeping, personal protective equipment, waste disposal, and other safeguards suitable for the specific material and research activity.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the website or products for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
- Using products for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, cosmetic, performance-enhancement, aesthetic, compounding, or other non-research purposes.
- Providing false purchaser, intended-use, billing, shipping, organization, or account information.
- Attempting to obtain human-use, dosage, administration, treatment, prescribing, cycling, stacking, or reconstitution guidance from Pepvian.
- Removing or obscuring Research Use Only labeling or misrepresenting product status.
- Transferring, reselling, or distributing products in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law.
- Using the website to commit fraud, interfere with security, scrape protected content unlawfully, introduce malicious code, or disrupt operations.
Intellectual Property
The Pepvian name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, product presentation, documentation interfaces, and other proprietary materials may be protected by trademark, copyright, trade-dress, or other intellectual-property rights. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for lawful purchasing and informational purposes. Product listings do not grant or imply a license to use any product in violation of third-party intellectual-property rights.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services such as hosting, payment, shipping, analytics, security, or other technology providers. Independent third parties may have their own terms and policies, and Pepvian is not responsible for content or practices outside its reasonable control.
Website Availability
Pepvian does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, continuously available, secure, or error-free. Pepvian may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the website or catalog as reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any obligations relating to accepted orders.
Product Disclaimer
Except for express product representations, applicable lot-specific documentation, the Product Quality Guarantee, and rights that cannot legally be disclaimed, products and website information are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepvian disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
No Guarantee of Research Results
Pepvian does not guarantee experimental outcomes, suitability for a particular experimental design, or performance in any specific research application beyond specifications or representations expressly stated for the applicable product or lot.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pepvian and the parties protected under the Indemnification section will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; business interruption; or damages arising from prohibited, unlawful, improper, unauthorized, or non-research use, handling, transfer, storage, or resale of products.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pepvian’s aggregate direct liability arising from a particular product or transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid to Pepvian for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pepvian, its parent company, affiliated companies, owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to: your use of the website; your purchase, possession, storage, handling, use, misuse, transfer, resale, distribution, or disposal of any product; your breach of these Terms or an incorporated policy; your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person or entity; or any third-party claim resulting from your acts or omissions.
This obligation does not require indemnification for claims to the extent finally determined to have resulted from Pepvian’s own conduct where indemnification would be prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute relating to the website or a purchase will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and reasonable negotiation. Pepvian does not establish a binding arbitration requirement, jury-trial waiver, class-action waiver, or exclusive forum through these Terms unless such terms are separately adopted and presented with appropriate notice.
Force Majeure
Pepvian will not be liable for delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, supplier failures, carrier or transportation disruptions, customs delays, utility failures, internet or hosting outages, cybersecurity incidents not caused by Pepvian’s failure to exercise reasonable care, shortages, or similar events. Pepvian will remain responsible for obligations that applicable law does not permit it to disclaim.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and Pepvian concerning the website and purchases from Pepvian and supersede prior or contemporaneous statements or understandings concerning the same subject matter, except for any separate written agreement expressly intended to control.
Severability
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be limited or reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Pepvian’s failure to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

Section headings are provided for convenience and reference only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
Pepvian may update these Terms & Conditions as its catalog, checkout controls, payment systems, policies, business practices, or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. The version in effect at the time of a purchase will generally govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Acknowledgment
By using the website or purchasing from Pepvian, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You specifically acknowledge the Research Use Only designation of Pepvian products and agree that they are not intended for human or veterinary use or consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, cosmetic, or other prohibited purposes. You agree to comply with applicable laws and accept responsibility for your handling and use of products after delivery, subject to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
