Pepvian Product Quality Guarantee
Quality You Can Verify.
Pepvian’s Product Quality Guarantee is a commercial product-quality protection. We guarantee qualifying Pepvian products for purity, identity, labeled quantity, heavy-metal limits, and fentanyl screening under the standards below. Where a specific product or lot carries an applicable published sterility or endotoxin specification, those attributes are also covered under this policy. If a qualifying Pepvian product is independently tested and verified to fall outside an applicable published standard, Pepvian will make it right under this policy.
What the Guarantee Covers
Seven product-quality protections.

Purity
Pepvian guarantees a minimum peptide purity of 99.0% when measured by an appropriate HPLC method. A qualifying independent result below 99.0% may qualify for a remedy.

Identity
Product identity must be confirmed by an appropriate mass-spectrometry method, such as LC-MS, with the observed molecular mass matching the theoretical molecular mass within the laboratory’s validated method tolerance.

Labeled Quantity
Pepvian guarantees at least 95% of the labeled peptide quantity when measured by an appropriate quantitative assay or net peptide content method. A qualifying independent result below 95% may qualify for a remedy.

Heavy-Metal Limits
Qualifying products must meet the applicable heavy-metal specifications established for the product or lot when tested by an appropriate ICP-MS method. A result exceeding an applicable limit may qualify for a remedy.

Fentanyl Screening
Qualifying products must produce a Not Detected result for fentanyl using an appropriate validated analytical method. Detection at or above the laboratory’s validated reporting limit may qualify for a remedy.

Sterility
Where Pepvian has established and published an applicable sterility specification for a specific product or lot, that product or lot must meet the stated specification when tested using an appropriate validated sterility method. A qualifying result showing failure of the applicable published specification may qualify for a remedy.

Endotoxin Levels
Where Pepvian has established and published an applicable endotoxin specification for a specific product or lot, that product or lot must meet the stated specification when tested using an appropriate validated endotoxin method. A qualifying result exceeding the applicable published limit may qualify for a remedy.
What You Need to Submit
A clear, verifiable claim package.
To request review under the Product Quality Guarantee, the claim must include enough information for Pepvian to verify the product, order, lot, testing laboratory, test method, and analytical result. At minimum, submit:
- The original independent laboratory report, not a screenshot, transcription, or edited summary.
- The applicable Pepvian order information, including the order number and purchaser information sufficient to verify the purchase.
- The specific Pepvian product name and identifiable lot number tied to the tested sample.
- The name and identifying information of a legitimate independent analytical laboratory.
- A recognized laboratory/testing methodology appropriate to the challenged attribute, including purity, identity, labeled quantity, heavy metals, fentanyl screening, sterility, or endotoxin testing as applicable.
- Any supporting sample-chain, photograph, packaging, vial-label, or other information reasonably requested to confirm that the tested material came from the claimed Pepvian lot.
Pepvian may contact the laboratory or request additional documentation when reasonably necessary to verify the report, methodology, sample identity, or result.
If a Claim Qualifies
You choose how Pepvian makes it right.
When Pepvian verifies that a qualifying product falls outside an applicable standard under this policy, the customer may choose one of the following remedies for the affected product:
Refund
A refund for the affected qualifying product.
Store Credit
Store credit for the affected qualifying product.
Replacement
A replacement shipment of the affected qualifying product, subject to availability.
Important Limits
What this guarantee does not cover.
- This guarantee applies to qualifying claims concerning purity, identity, labeled quantity, heavy-metal limits, and fentanyl screening, plus sterility or endotoxin levels where an applicable product- or lot-specific specification has been published by Pepvian.
- Shipping damage, loss in transit, incorrect shipments, and delivery issues are handled separately under Pepvian’s Shipping & Backorder Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.
- Testing that cannot be reliably tied to a Pepvian order, product, and lot is not eligible.
- Reports from laboratories or methods that are not appropriate to the challenged quality attribute may be rejected.
- Altered, incomplete, unverifiable, or internally inconsistent documentation may be rejected.
- Pepvian may deny claims involving misuse, substitution, tampering, improper storage after delivery, or other circumstances that materially undermine confidence in sample integrity.
